Can you believe this!
Can you believe this! We couldn’t be more excited. Don had gone on one of the first AIM mission trips to Mexico in 1990. Later while in youth ministry we had taken a couple of mission trips with AIM. One to Tunica, Mississippi with the gang from Beechwood Church in the summer of 2004 and another to New Orleans, Louisiana with Windwood Presbyterian Church last summer. Both were such life changing expericences for us and others. We love what AIM stands for…the importance of prayer, relationships and discipleship! In addition to bringing hope to people around the world…they push the rest of us to grow!
Don will be involved in coordinating the Ambassador Teams while I will be working in the Shepherd Services, caring for the MK’S (Missionary Kids) of AIM missionaries. We will be based out of Gainesville, GA at the headquarters…but when possible and needed, traveling around the world…leading trips…caring for people.
We will use this blog to keep you updated on our adventures, share prayer requests and how God is working in and through the ordinary. Please partner with us in this adventure. We are currently in White lake, MI visiting friends and family. On the 27th, we will head across the state to Holland, MI. We’d love to meet with you! After Michigan, it’s back to GA for training then on to the east coast. Our prayer is to have our support raised so we can begin in June!
